Can't stand Tyrone. Completely unprofessional. Confrontational. Dresses down. Didn't tell me some very important information I needed during my intake.
Every one here is great except for Tyrell. He is confrontational and I have watched him yell at patients. He yelled at me today. I had the security guard next to me and was hashing stuff out with another patient because her driving almost got me rear-ended she was going at one point 20mph UNDER speed limit. So he walks at least 20 ft over to me, to begin yelling at me in a condescending way. Security guard had it handled, her and I weren't screaming or about to fight or anything. And yet he still came over to yell. And why is that? Oh yeah because he loves to yell at people. I wonder how many people have gone out and relapsed because they no longer felt comfortable coming back to the clinic after dealing with Tyrell. I mean I don't even want to go back there. Ow. But Tyrell isn't worth me having to do a bunch of work to switch clinics. He's the guy that handles the new patients, and he didn't tell me half of the information I needed. If he would've told me what I needed to know during my intake I would've switched to another clinic immediately. It'd be great to see him not standing outside looking for a fight. He claims he's out there trying to keep the peace, and yet he is the most aggro person outside. It would also be great to see him not so dressed down all of the time. I couldn't tell if he was an employee or patient. I also like to feel like he's going to make my time at the clinic very unnecessarily stressful. Get rid of Tyrell this place would be perfect.
